While not worthy of the Spiel Des Jahres that it won in 1982, Enchanted Forest is an interesting blend of a roll and move game with a memory game.
While it had some potential the fact that the Close Encounters of the Third Kind board game has next to nothing to do with the movie and relies almost entirely on luck prevents it from being a good board game.
For its’ time Thunder Road was an innovative roll and move game but a high reliance on luck keeps Thunder Road from being a great game.

Although not bad, Trap Door fails to do anything to distinguish itself from other roll and move games.
While Masterpiece has an interesting premise, the reliance on luck makes Masterpiece a below average to average Parker Brothers game.
While building the mansion is a cool mechanic, there just isn’t enough to Mystery Mansion to distinguish it from every other Milton Bradley roll and move game.
