Continuing the Sushi Go amigurumi patterns from last week (part one, part three), this week I am looking at the wasabi, egg nigiri, salmon nigiri, and the squid nigiri. The wasabi is approximately 3 inches tall. The egg nigiri is approximately 3 inches tall and 3 inches long. The salmon nigiri is approximately 2.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide. The squid nigiri is approximately 1.5 inches tall and 3-3.5 inches wide.

Wasabi
Body
For the body you will use the green yarn.
Round 1: CH x 2 (2 stitches)
Round 2: SC x 6 in the first CH (6 stitches)
Round 3: INC x 6 (12 stitches)
Round 4: | SC, INC | x 6 (18 stitches)
Round 5: | SC, INC, SC | x 6 (24 stitches)
Round 6: | SC x 2, INC, SC | x 6 (30 stitches)
Rounds 7-11: SC x 30 (30 stitches)
Round 12: | SC x 2, DEC, SC | x 6 (24 stitches)
Rounds 13-14: SC x 24 (24 stitches)
Round: 15: | SC, DEC, SC | x 6 (18 stitches)
Rounds 16-17: SC x 18 (18 stitches)

Fasten off leaving enough yarn to sew up the top. Before sewing up the body add the desired amount of stuffing.
Assembly
The only assembly needed for the Wasabi is to create the face out of felt. For the face you will use the black, red, and pink felt. Use the felt glue to attach the face to the body.
Nigiri
For the egg nigiri, salmon nigiri, and squid nigiri you will need to create the nigiri body. For the nigiri body you will use the white yarn.
Round 1: CH x 2 (2 stitches)
Round 2: SC x 6 in the first CH (6 stitches)
Round 3: INC x 6 (12 stitches)
Round 4: | SC, INC | x 6 (18 stitches)
Rounds 5-14: SC x 18 (18 stitches)
Round 15: | SC, DEC | x 6 (12 stitches)
Round 16: DEC x 6 (6 stitches)
Round 17: SL (1 stitch)
Fasten off leaving enough yarn to sew up the hole. Stuff the body to the desired level before sewing it up.
Egg Nigiri
For the egg nigiri you will first make the nigiri body. You will then need to make the egg portion and the wrap.
Egg Portion
For the egg portion you will be using the yellow yarn.
Round 1: CH x 2 (2 stitches)
Round 2: SC x 6 in the first CH (6 stitches)
Round 3: INC, SC, INC x 2, SC, INC (10 stitches)
Round 4: INC, SC x 3, INC x 2, SC x 3, INC (14 stitches)
Rounds 5-14: SC x 14 (14 stitches)
Round 15: DEC x 7 (7 stitches)
Fasten off leaving enough yarn to sew up the hole. Add the desired amount of stuffing before sewing up the hole.
Wrap
For the wrap you will use the black yarn. Below are the instructions I used . Based on how big of stitches you made or how much you stuffed the other pieces, you may need to add or remove some of the stitches to make the wrap wider or thinner.
Round 1: CH x 30, SC in the first CH (31 stitches)
Round 2: SC x 29 (29 stitches)
Round 3: SC x 30 (30 stitches)
Round 4: SL (1 stitch)
Fasten off.
Assembly
The first step of assembly is to use the wrap to attach the body to the egg portion.
The other thing that you need to make is the face. You will use the black and red felt to make the face and you can attach it to the body with the felt glue.
Salmon Nigiri
For the salmon nigiri you will begin by making the nigiri body. You will also have to make the salmon portion.
Salmon
For the salmon you will be using the orange yarn.
Round 1: CH x 2 (2 stitches)
Round 2: SC x 6 in the first CH (6 stitches)
Round 3: INC x 6 (12 stitches)
Rounds 4-25: SC x 12 (12 stitches)
Round 26: DEC x 6 (6 stitches)
Round 27: SL (1 stitch)
Fasten off leaving enough yarn to sew up the hole and attach the salmon to the body. Before sewing up the salmon add the desired amount of stuffing.
Assembly
The first step of assembly for the salmon nigiri is to attach the salmon to the top of the body. Use the orange yarn to sew the salmon to the nigiri body.
The other step of assembly is to create the face using the black and red felt. Attach the face elements to the body using the felt glue.
Squid Nigiri
For the squid nigiri you will first make the nigiri body. You will then have to make the squid portion.
Squid
For the squid portion you will use the white yarn.
Round 1: CH x 16 (16 stitches), Flip
Rounds 2-8: SC x 15, CH (16 stitches), Flip
Round 9: SL (1 stitch)
Fasten off leaving enough yarn to sew the squid to the nigiri body.
Assembly
The first assembly step for the squid nigiri is to sew the squid to the top of the body using the extra white yarn from the squid.
Next you will use some green felt and the felt glue to add the green spots to the top of the squid amigurumi.
Next you will create the face with the black and red felt. You will attach them to the body using the felt glue.
