Beyond Balderdash is the perfect example of what a board game sequel should be, it takes everything you like about the original game and adds to it to make an even better game.

While not perfect Balderdash has always been a good party game with the newer version actually improving on the original game.

By trying to simplify Balderdash for younger children, Balderdash Junior sacrifices almost everything that makes Balderdash a good game.
