- Deal three VIP tickets to each player. Each player should try to visit their VIP ticket locations during the game.
- Give each player four $1 notes.
- Place the Action cards, stars, and remaining money facedown next to the gameboard.
- Choose one player to be the banker.
- The oldest player will start the game. Play will proceed clockwise throughout the game.

Playing The Game of Life Junior
To start your turn you will spin the spinner. The number you spin on the spinner is how many spaces you will move your car.

When moving you will always move your car forward (in the direction of the arrows).

Should you spin a number that would take you past an attraction, you can instead choose to stop your movement at the attraction. Otherwise you have to move the entire number of spaces that your spun.
Depending on what space you land on, you will then take a special action.
After you take the corresponding action, your turn ends. The next player in clockwise order (left) will then take their turn.
The Spaces

Yellow Action Space
If you land on a yellow Action space, you will draw the top card from the Action card deck.
You will read out the card and do what it says. Some cards will give you stars or money, and others will take them away.
If a card says to tell a story, act out an impression, or sing; you must take the corresponding action.

If you do not have enough money to pay the cost on the card you drew, you do not have to pay the cost.
The Action cards have symbols on the bottom. What these symbols represent are listed below.

After you take the action printed on the card, keep the Action card face up in front of you.
Attractions
You do not have to land at an attraction by exact count in order to visit it.

To enter the attraction look at the space to see if you have to pay an entry fee. Some attractions are free, and others have a cost to enter them. If you want to enter the attraction you will pay the associated cost to the bank. If you do not have enough money for the entrance fee, you cannot enter the attraction.

By visiting the attraction you will take a star and add it to your Book of Adventures.

If the attraction matches one of your VIP tickets, turn over the card to show the other players. You will then get to take an additional star (two stars total).

Before ending your turn you should tell the other players what you did at the attraction.
You can only visit each attraction once during the game.
Should you move to your Start space (other than the start of the game), you will take $1 from the bank.
Fun Train
If you land on one of the Fun Train spaces, you can choose to use the train.
You will pay the fare printed on the board in order to use the train. The train will take you across the board to the Fun Train space on the other side of the board. The train moves both ways so you can use it on either side of the board.
By riding the train add one star to your Book of Adventures.

End of The Game of Life Junior
The game ends as soon as one player collects their tenth star. The player that collects 10 stars wins the game.

The winner of the game should describe the day they had by looking at the Action cards that they collected during the game and the attractions they visited.
The other players can also tell the other players what they did on their day.
