Overboard! is an original twist on your typical 1930s murder mystery that shows it is surprisingly addicting trying to get away with murder.

Pendragon is a really interesting blend of turn-based strategy elements and story to create possibly the first ever infinitely replayable story.

Inkle has developed a reputation for creating great text based adventures but they may have outdid themselves with Heaven’s Vault as it combines a compelling story with some really interesting gameplay mechanics.

While Sorcery! Part 4 might be more of the same, that is not a bad thing.

Sorcery! Part Three continues the engaging story from parts one and two while adding a time traveling element that keeps the game fresh and exciting.

While it is not going to be for everyone, Sorcery! is the perfect example of how to make a choose your own text adventure that is both fun and engaging.
