Setup
- All of the players will break into teams of two.
- One player from each team takes a blue board, and the other player from each team takes a green board.
How to Play The Best Friend Game
Each round one of the players draws one of the cards from the deck. They will read the question out loud and then place the card face up on the table. All of the players will look at the color of the card. The color of the card determines which player from each team the question is about. For example if the card is green, each team answers the question in relation to the green player.

The player holding the board that matches the color of the card, writes down how they would answer the question. The other player on each team writes down how they think the other player answered the question.
When everyone has wrote down their answer, each team takes a turn revealing their answers. Both players on each team reveal their answers at the same time. If their answers match, the team scores a point. Both players on the team mark off one of the numbers from their board.

If the two players’ answers don’t match, they don’t score any points this round.

Winning the Game
The game ends when one of the teams score seven points. They win the game.

The instructions do not have a tiebreaker if two or more teams score their seventh point in the same round. A potential tiebreaker could be to keep playing additional rounds until only one of the tied teams get it right while the other tied team(s) gets it wrong.
More Than Eight Players
If there are more than eight players, you can modify the game. Since there won’t be enough boards for each player, each team only takes one board. The players alternate holding the board each round. The question from each card relates to the player holding the board that round.
When everyone is ready, the player without the board says their answer out loud. Their teammate then reveals what they wrote down on the board. If the two answers match, the team scores a point.
Otherwise the game is played the same as when there are less than eight players.
