Setup for Sriracha the Game
- Shuffle all of the cards. Deal out the cards so all of the players get the same number of cards.
- The player that loves Sriracha the most, starts the game.
How to Play Sriracha The Game
Starting with the first player, each player takes the top card from their pile of cards and flips it over. They will place it on a pile in the middle of the table. Place each new card on top of the previously played cards. When flipping over the card, you should turn it away from you so you can’t see the card before the other players.

After you flip over a card, the next player clockwise takes the next turn. Each player will flip over one card from the top of their pile.
Creating a Pair
When you are flipping over cards, you are looking for matches with cards previously played to the middle pile. Should a player flip over a card that matches the previous played card, they have created a pair. The players race to slap the pile in the middle of the table. The first player to slap the pile, takes all of the cards from the middle pile and adds them to the bottom of their pile of cards.

Creating a Sandwich
In addition to matching the last played card, you are also looking for matches with the card played before the top card on the middle pile. Should a player flip over a card that matches the card underneath the top card, they have created a sandwich. The players race to slap the pile. The first player to slap the pile takes all of the card from the pile and adds them to the bottom of their card pile.

Playing a Sriracha Bottle
When a player plays a Sriracha card, the gameplay slightly changes. Look at the number of bottles pictured on the played card. This is the number of cards that the next player in turn order gets to play. They are trying to play their own Sriracha card.
If they don’t end up playing a Sriracha card, the player that played the first card, gets to take all of the cards from the middle pile.

The rules are less specific about what happens if a player is able to play a Sriracha card. The only thing the rules say is that pair and sandwich rules apply while these cards are flipped over. The manufacturer confirmed when answering a customer question that should any pair or sandwich be created after a Sriracha card is played, the players will race to slap the middle pile. Whoever slaps the middle pile gets to take all of the cards from the middle pile. I interpret this to mean that if the next player reveals a Sriracha card, the players race to slap the middle pile.

The rules do not clarify if a player plays a Sriracha card that does not create a pair or sandwich. Based on how the rules are written, I would say that the player who played the first Sriracha card does not get to take the pile. The player after the one that played the second Sriracha card then has up to the number of cards printed on the second Sriracha card to reveal their own Sriracha card. If they can’t, the player who played the second Sriracha card gets to take all of the cards from the pile. This will continue until a player is unable to play a Sriracha card in time. This is my interpretation of the rules, and is not an official answer.

Wrongly Slap Pile
A player receives a punishment if they slap the middle pile when they shouldn’t have. They will take two cards from their hand, and place them on the bottom of the middle pile.
Winning the Game
The players will keep taking turns until only one player has cards left in their pile. The player that has all of the cards in their pile, wins the game.
