Objective
The objective of Mini UNO Bullseye is to be the first player to play the last card from their hand.
Setup
- Choose a player to be the dealer.
- The dealer shuffles all of the cards and deals seven cards facedown to each player.
- Place the remaining cards facedown on the table to create the Draw Pile.
- Turn over the top card from the Draw Pile to form the Discard Pile. If you flip over an Action Card (anything other than a number card), you will ignore its action and flip over a new card.
- The player to the left of the dealer starts the game. Play moves clockwise to start the game.
How to Play Mini UNO Bullseye
On each of your turns you will try to play one of the cards from your hand to the Discard Pile. To play a card it has to match one of three elements from the top card on the Discard Pile.
- Color
- Number
- Symbol
If you have a card in your hand that matches at least one of these three elements, you can play it to the Discard Pile. If you have multiple cards that you can play, you can only choose one of the cards to play on your turn. Should you play an Action Card (any card other than a number card), you will take a special action. See the corresponding section from our Mini UNO Bullseye Card Meanings post.

Once you have played a card, your turn ends. Play passes to the next player in turn order.
Draw a Card
If you do not have any cards in your hand that match the top card from the Discard Pile, you will have to draw a card from the Draw Pile. Should you have a card in your hand that you can play but you don’t want to play it, you can choose instead to draw a card.
Should the Draw Pile ever run out of cards, you will shuffle the Discard Pile to form a new Draw Pile.
After you have drawn a card, you will look at it. If your new card matches one of the elements from the top card on the Draw Pile, you can play it immediately. Otherwise you will add the card to your hand.
After you have drawn a card, your turn ends. Play passes to the next player in turn order.
Calling UNO
When you play your second to last card (you have one card left), you will call out “UNO”. This alerts the other players that you are close to winning the game.

If you don’t say UNO and someone catches you, you have to draw two cards and add them to your hand. A player has to call you out before the next player takes their turn. If they don’t challenge you in time, you don’t have to draw any cards.
Winning Mini UNO Bullseye
The first player to play the last card from their hand, wins Mini UNO Bullseye.
Scoring
If you would like to play multiple hands, you can choose to keep score to determine the ultimate winner of the game.
Each hand ends when one of the players plays the last card from their hand. If the last played card forces a player to draw cards, they will still draw the cards. Each player that still has cards left in their hand, gives them to the winner of the round. The winner scores points for each card they collected as follows:
- Number Cards – Face Value
- Draw Two, Reverse, Skip, Targeted Draw Two, Targeted Reverse, Targeted Skip – 20 Points Each
- Wild, Wild Draw Four, Targeted Wild Draw Four – 50 Points Each
The winner totals up the points they scored and writes it down. If none of the players have scored at least 500 points, another hand is played.

The first player to score 500 or more points, wins the game.
