Numbers
Number cards have no special effect on the game. You can only play a number card if it matches either the color or number of the top card on the Discard Pile.

Draw Two
When a player plays a Draw Two card, the next player in turn order has to draw two cards. The next player in turn order also loses their turn.
You can only play a Draw Two on top of a card that matches its color, or on another Draw Two card. If a Draw Two card is played against you, you cannot play your own Draw Two card in order to avoid having to draw cards and pass it on to the next player.

Targeted Draw Two
The Targeted Draw Two card is similar to the main Draw Two card. When you play the card though, you get to choose the player that has to draw two cards. After you pick a player, they draw the two cards. The player you pick doesn’t lose their turn though.

Reverse
The Reverse card changes the turn order direction. If play was moving clockwise, it will now move counterclockwise. When play is moving counterclockwise, it will switch to moving clockwise.
You can play a Reverse card on top of a card that matches its color or on another Reverse card.

Targeted Reverse
When you play a Targeted Reverse card, you choose a player. When it becomes that player’s turn, they will take their turn normally. Turn order then reverses. If play was moving clockwise, it will now move counterclockwise. If it was moving counterclockwise, it will now move clockwise.
Should the chosen player play a Reverse card on their turn, it cancels out the Targeted Reverse card. Play will continue in the same direction it was already moving in.

Skip
Whenever you play a Skip card, the next player in turn order loses their turn.
A Skip card can be played on top of a card that matches its color or on top of another Skip card. If a Skip card is played against you, you cannot play your own Skip card in order to avoid the punishment.

Targeted Skip
The Targeted Skip is similar to the normal Skip card. The only difference is that the player who plays the card chooses which player will be skipped. When it becomes the chosen player’s turn, they lose their turn.

Wild
The Wild card matches every other card in the game. Therefore you can play the card on any of your turns no matter what card is on top of the Discard Pile.
When you play a Wild card, you get to choose the color for the Discard Pile. You can choose any of the four colors including the color it was when you played the card. The next player in turn order has to play a card that matches the color you chose, or they will have to play their own Wild, Wild Draw Four, or Targeted Wild Draw Four card.

Wild Draw Four
Like the Wild card, the Wild Draw Four card matches every other card in the game. There is a catch with the card though. You can only play a Wild Draw Four card if you have no cards in your hand that match the color of the Discard Pile. Wild cards are considered a match for the Discard Pile’s color.

When you play the Wild Draw Four you get to choose the color for the Discard Pile. You can pick any of the four colors. The color you choose has no impact on any potential challenge.
The next player in turn order then has a decision to make.
First they can accept that the card was played correctly. In this case they will draw four cards, and they will lose their turn.
Challenging the Wild Draw Four
Otherwise the next player could choose to challenge the play of the Wild Draw Four. If they choose to challenge, the player who played the card has to show the challenger all of the cards from their hand. The challenger looks through the cards to see if the player had any cards that matched the color of the Discard Pile from before the Wild Draw Four was played. Wild cards are considered matches for the color.
If the player did not have any matching color cards in their hand, the challenger is forced to draw six cards and they lose their turn.

If the player did have a matching color card in their hand, the challenger no longer has to draw cards and they don’t lose their turn. Instead the player who incorrectly played the Wild Draw Four has to draw four cards.

Wild Targeted Draw Four
The Wild Targeted Draw Four is unique to Mini UNO Bullseye.
The Wild Targeted Draw Four mostly works the same as the normal Wild Draw Four. You can only play the Wild Targeted Draw Four card if you have no cards in your hand that match the current color of the Discard Pile.
You will chose a player that has to draw four cards. They can either accept the play of the card, or they can challenge. Challenges are handled in the same way as the normal Wild Draw Four. The player that has to draw the four cards does not lose their turn.
