Kanoodle Head to Head Board Game: Rules for How to Play

Objective

The objective of Kanoodle Head to Head is to match the pattern on the cards to collect five cards before the other players.

Setup

Divide the puzzle pieces evenly between the two players. Both players should receive the same puzzle pieces.
Insert the card holder into the slot on the gameboard.
Randomly pick a puzzle card and place it in the card holder.

How to Play Kanoodle Head to Head

When both players are ready, they will say “Go!” out loud. The two players will then look at the card in the card holder. They have to try to recreate the pattern on their board using their puzzle pieces.

Match the pattern from the card — This player has successfully used the pieces to match the pattern from the card.

After they have completed the design from the card, they will fill the empty spaces with the puzzle pieces not used on the card.

Fill in the rest of the board — This player has filled in the rest of their board with the rest of their pieces.

Once you have placed all of your pieces on the board, you will press the button in the middle of the board that matches your color. This sends the other players pieces into the air.

Pressing the button after completing the pattern — This player completed the pattern, so they pressed the button to launch the other player’s pieces into the air.

The two players then confirm that the player who pressed the button placed the pieces correctly on their board. If they placed the pieces correctly, they take the card. If they made a mistake, the other player takes the card.

Taking the card — This player matched the pattern so they took the card and placed it in front of themselves.

To start the next round you will pick a new card and place it in the card holder.

Winning the Game

The first player to collect five cards wins Kanoodle Head to Head.
