Bluey Keepy Uppy is based on the board game Loopin’ Louie. The rules of the two games are basically identical.

Objective
The objective of Bluey Keepy Uppy is to be the last player with at least one Pop! token left.
Setup
- Attach the stickers to the paddles, red tokens, and parts of the gameboard that have spaces for the stickers.
- Take one of the green hedges (with the slot) and attach it (press down) to one of the green circular bases. Then attach a paddle to the slot in the circular base.
- Insert batteries into the bottom of the game unit.
- Each player chooses a paddle/hedge and snaps it onto one of the notches on the side of the game unit. If there are two players, they should be placed so each paddle is on the opposite side of the gameboard.
- Each player takes three red Pop! tokens and places them in the slot to the side of the paddle. The three tokens should stay in the top slot. If one falls to the lower section, pick it up and put it on the top again.
- Attach the center piece with the balloon on the end to the slot in the middle. Lift up on the balloon until it is straight up in the air.
- When all of the players are ready, turn the switch on the edge of the gameboard to the on side. The balloon should start moving around in a circle around the gameboard.

How to Play Bluey Keepy Uppy
As soon as you turn on the game, the balloon will start spinning around the board. If the balloon should hit one of your Pop! tokens, it will be knocked into the bottom half of your hedge. You want to prevent this.
When the balloon is near your paddle, you will quickly press up on it in order to hit the balloon up into the air. You can hit the balloon as soft or as hard as you want. You want to make sure to hit it hard enough that it flies over your Pop! tokens though.

Eventually the balloon will hit one of your Pop! tokens. The token will slide into the lower section of your hedge. You have lost this Pop! token for the rest of the game. You will still keep playing, but you need to try and prevent your other Pop! tokens from being knocked down.

Should you ever lose all three of your Pop! tokens, you can no longer win the game. You can still hit the balloon as it passes by your hedge though.

Winning the Game
The players will keep playing until only one player remains. The last remaining player wins the game.
